We ship orders within 24-48 business hours after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once the package is shipped.
If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you can contact us as soon as possible via email to modify or cancel the purchase.
All available sizes are listed on the product page. If you don’t see your size, it’s likely sold out.
Yes, we do ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
You can request a return within 30 days by emailing us with your order number and name, or by filling out the return form available on the website. The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
If you notice a defect within 24 hours of delivery, please email us with photos or a video. We will replace it at no cost if available, or offer an alternative solution.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES (USA)

For all USA orders (from Aug 29, 2025), customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer. If not paid, the package will not be delivered and we cannot refund the order.
If the recipient refuses to pay these fees upon arrival in the United States, the package will not be delivered and may be returned, held or destroyed by U.S. Customs.

In such cases, our company will not issue any refund for the order, shipping cost or any related fees.
The exact amount is calculated by U.S. Customs at the time of import. Here is a simplified overview:
  • Import duty on clothing from the EU (Italy): approx. 30% of the total order value (including product + shipping cost).
  • U.S. Customs Processing Fee (MPF): minimum fixed fee of approx. $31.67 per shipment.
Example:
If you order a $50 item with $30 shipping:
• Dutiable value = $80
• Duty (≈30%) = $24
• Processing fee = $31.67
Total additional charges ≈ $55.67, payable by the customer upon delivery.
